I'm thinking..Bruce was thinking about the birds flying by and landing in nearby trees and bushes...I'm thinking he's thinking how cool that must be, to be so small and with a quick little leap forward, the birds can up and fly as they may :) I think he's bewildered by the flight ability of a bird. <3
